How Do You Relax?

In our fast paced society, sometimes it can be rather difficult to relax.  I count myself as very lucky, as I have several tried and true relaxation methods.  

My favorite ways to relax are listening to music and/or reading, sometimes both at the same time.  Or even better, a warm and frothy bubble bath!  However, this article suggests many other ways to relax as well.  

Out of the other ones on this list, I would pick:

2. Nosh on Chocolate - I'm always up for chocolate!

32. Do a Crossword Puzzle - I've always enjoyed crossword puzzles, and this would be a great way to get your mind off whatever is bothering you.

34. Try Aromatherapy - certain scents or essential oils do evoke feelings of relaxation, like lavender or chamomile.  But I'm thinking that any scent that makes you smile is good enough!

39. Talk to a Friend - sometimes just talking to someone outside of your current situation can help you gain some perspective, and hopefully relieve some stress.  I talk to my close friends pretty much daily, and I look forward to those small moments of sanity.
